I don't know what "digital verification techniques" they used, but I do know they had a senior staffer in Azerbaijan, tweeting in quite a biased manner. As far as I know, from asking officials who'd know, they didn't have anyone on the ground in Artsakh in advance of this report.

Amnesty just published an absurdly biased report on war crime videos. Says 22 videos were analyzed, and most of them were from the Armenian side.

Anyone with Telegram knows how many more than 22 exist, and that the very vast majority are from the AZ side.
