@Autistic_Lauren Socially, yes. When I started prep (Kindergarten/first year of formal education in a school for other countries), I could already read. I immediately recognised that nobody else could read, so I pretended I couldn't either.

@LKHamilton Thanks! At least I can plan when to restart the series from the beginning so that I can go straight into A Glimmer of Death on it's release. That'll keep the autism brain happy for a while. ADHD brain will just have to get over it, lol.
@Autistic_Lauren Even overcast days are bad. Before I got glasses with auto tint lenses, I wore sunglasses all the time, inside & outside. Now it's not so bad, but the struggle is still there & still very real. The overwhelm isn't quite as bad with my glasses though.
