@MaReeha92 Hi! This was the first time I used this site and got my cousin an appt for 3/9. He followed through with the text/email confirmation and it said they would send him his appt confirmation 5 days before. Today would already be 5 days before 3/9. Should he get it today then?

@Kay12252018 I just used this site for first time to get my cousin an appt. It specifically asks if you don’t live in Essex, but work there, to list the employer info and to be able to show proof so this one seems pretty stringent on living or working in Essex.

@KatherinaKaz Did you just listen? He asked my question verbatim from my email about “pressing him for an answer” on the upcoming year-end extension of claims and doing it proactively. The answer wasn’t super hopeful but at a minimum at least he acknowledged that he knows the issue exists 🤷🏻‍♀️
