On 01-12-2023, I submitted a detailed complaint to the Commissioner of Police, Bengaluru, seeking action against Mr. Umapathy Srinivas Gowda regarding allegations that money was being collected in the name of transferring a police officer and that the name of the @DrParameshwara was being invoked in the process.

Instead of investigating my complaint, a criminal case was registered against me and @hsrlayoutps (P I Harish). Today, that very case has resulted in a B-Report being submitted before the Hon’ble Court.

Further, in 2024, police served a B-Report notice to Mr. Umapathy Gowda informing him that he could challenge the report before the Court within 15 days. He did not do so. Nearly three years later, after repeated follow-up, the same B-Report was finally submitted before the Court on 15-06-2026.

My question is simple: What action has been taken on my original complaint dated 01-12-2023? If serious allegations were made involving the transfer of a police officer and the name of the Home Minister, why has no FIR been registered and no investigation conducted against those responsible?

I request immediate registration of an FIR and an independent investigation. The truth must come before the people of Karnataka.

When lakhs of people join a funeral procession, it is not just a funeral it is a public verdict. Bharat Tiwari was seen by many as the voice of the poor, Dalits, and backward communities. Instead of listening to the pain of the people, another young life has been lost.

Bhagat Singh was hanged, and today many believe Bharat Tiwari was silenced in an encounter. The government must answer the questions being raised by the public and ensure transparency and justice.

The voice of the people cannot be eliminated by bullets.

No political event is more important than the future of India’s students. Years of hard work cannot be sacrificed for VIP movements and political programs.

Fix accountability, conduct an independent inquiry, and ensure justice for every affected aspirant.

Power should serve the people, not destroy their dreams.

Dear @CMofKarnataka When you were DCM, you publicly stated that flex banners are banned in Bengaluru and that strict action would be taken against anyone violating the law, including your own party members and supporters. You also referred to the court directions regarding illegal banners and hoardings.

Today, while passing through HSR Layout, I noticed several flex banners of Congress leaders and supporters displayed in public places. What action has been taken against those responsible? Should the law apply only to ordinary citizens while political workers are exempt?

I also request @hsrlayoutps and @BommanahalliJC @BBMPSWMSplComm officials to explain why these illegal banners continue to remain despite regular patrolling and monitoring. If the authorities can see these violations, why is no action being taken?

I urge you to stand by your own words, ensure immediate removal of all illegal banners, and initiate legal action against the violators irrespective of their political affiliation.

I respectfully request the senior officers of Bengaluru City Police to look into the matter and ensure that my complaint is processed in accordance with law.

Appreciation to @bandepalyaps Poor families who legally purchased a property years ago were harassed when Ramesh & family tried to illegally occupy the terrace and shift their belongings. Police verified documents, repeatedly warned them the property does not belong to them and any claim must go to court. When they ignored this and trespassed, FIR was registered.

An illegal Service Apartment is operating at L-157, 2nd Cross, 4th Main, HSR 6th Sector, reportedly run by Abhaya Shetty, without any visible permission from Bengaluru City Police or Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike.

Unregulated stays pose serious safety risks — unknown outsiders visiting, possibility of illegal activities and even suicide incidents. We visited today and found no licence/approval displayed. Video evidence available.

Request immediate inspection and strict action.

FIR in Crime No.444/2025 registered at Kengeri PS submitted order sheet to court that mentions Sri Krishna alias #Sriki, though not yet reflected in the FIR.

Claims by Mohammed Nalpad of @BJP4India targeting are false this is a public complaint with zero political angle. My complaint also mentions another powerful leader; I hope the @dir_ed investigates fully.

I personally know N. A. Haris for 20 years a very good person and senior leader of the @KPCCKarnataka His son’s actions are damaging his name and reputation.

Justice must prevail.

FIR REFUSED IN ₹90,000 CHEATING CASE – IS POLICE UNDER INFLUENCE?

17/03/26, I personally visited @Hennurps regarding a cheating complaint of Smt. Selvi (53 yrs).

She was cheated of ₹90,000 by Vijayakumar, a BBMP RI Officer, in the name of E-Khata work.
Clear UPI transaction evidence is available.

Reality on ground:
• Victim visited police station 3 times in 3 months
• PSI Arun Kumar failed to register FIR
• Even today, police refused FIR and took it only as a “petition”

When questioned, police said:
“After enquiry, FIR will be filed”

This is a clear violation of law – FIR must be registered first in cheating cases.

I was then sent to PSI Shiva Raju, who checked the complaint and called the accused – no response.

SHOCKING:
We were informed the accused is allegedly linked to a murder case accused and follower of MLA Byrathi Basavaraj.

Is this the reason for police silence?
Are common citizens denied justice? due to influence?

Enough is enough.

We demand:
Immediate FIR registration
Action against accused Vijayakumar
Accountability of PSI Arun Kumar & PSI Shiva Raju

Serious concern regarding a Pool Party event being conducted today within the limits of @bellandurubcp @dcpwhitefield Division.

As per information received, some members of the organizing group are allegedly involved in drug consumption, and trucks are expected to be used at the venue tonight.

Despite sharing this information, it appears local authorities may not take prompt action as the event management reportedly has support from a powerful IPS officer.

Requesting higher authorities or independent agencies to kindly verify the place and ensure law & order and public safety.
