@melannbyrne I completely agree. I have never realized how important a good night's sleep was until looking further into it and after trying to get at least 8 hours of sleep each night I have really noticed a change in my everyday life. #HKR1000
#HKR1000 has helped me find different ways to release stress and make every day more efficient. Since starting HKR I have begun going to yoga once a week. This has helped me relax and release stress. I have also realized how important it is to take time out of my day to unwind.
