It’s Wednesday, 9pm and I’m working at home, realised I’ve almost clocked up 40 working hrs already this week

I’m 29 with no dependants and my biggest responsibility is work. I am in genuine awe of any teachers, TLR or not, who also have a family.

One way to increase teacher/doctor/nurse/ etc. pay (thus retention & recruitment)? Suspend student loan repayments of professionals who stay in education/healthcare - these repayments could restart if they move out of the sector.

@loucasson @8bitteacher And that is a completely different role! 🙈 We have a generic assessment workshop tomorrow that we can attend online so I will give that a go but I do not feel I have the knowledge or skills to write about being on SLT for behaviour/culture
