@EnbridgeGasOhio Your website doesn't work to pay bill online. Anyone else having this issue??
Not paying by phone and getting a "service fee".
Called the customer service and they couldn't fix it either.
Itโs Day 85 since Richard Allen was convicted of murdering two girls, but the Delphi trial exhibits STILL have not been released to the public. Like and share to let the Indiana courts know we havenโt forgotten.
There are critical reasons why virtually all trial exhibits are considered public records in Indiana and throughout the U.S.
(1) Transparency. Ensure the judicial system is open and accountable, especially in cases like Richard Allenโs where the public has raised questions.
(2) Fairness. Protect the right to a fair trial, even in serious cases like murder.
(3) First Amendment. Preserve free speech. The quality of free speech depends on the quality of the information on which it is based.
(4) Public Trust. Confidence in the Indiana judicial system has been shaken. Courts need to open up in order to regain that trust.
(5) Deterrence. Public access lets the public see the evidence and how law enforcement handled the case, keeping everyone accountable.
@LawyerLeeW There is no way this is justice. Not for the girls OR Mr Allen!
This could happen to any citizen and that is scary
Do you think the jury will finally get to see the whole picture now?
HOW does Judge Gull have a job???
