@Translink_NI Yes, staff have said that there is nothing they can do as it's an old train. Absolutely ridiculous. Older lady walking train says that we can move to 1st class if we pay and that it's cooler. You're supposed to provide a service and it's unfit for purpose! Temp is easy 30c+
