I received at least 5 emails from Ticketmaster/Alamodome before the show and not a single one said “go 5 hours early if you want a shot at getting into this event you paid a lot of money for”. Such a waste. Will never spend another penny in San Antonio.

You know how many tickets you sold and what time the show started. Just admit you dropped the ball, refund people, and fix these issues before hosting again.

If the city has no control over parking then who does? They certainly had control over all the cash grab events they scheduled at the same time in same location. Buncha crooks.
