@TravelodgeUK hi. I reached out before regarding taking money for a booking that wasn’t confirmed using klarna. Klarna got involved with this and contacted yourselves however you confirmed with klarna a booking was made when it wasn’t!

@TravelodgeUK hiya, I tried booking using klarna however the order didn’t go through. I then booked using my usual card which did go through. Klarna have taken the money for the first booking as travelodge have told them the booking was accepted which it wasn’t. Please advise
