@Garrett_Archer I guess it depends on the state, and if you live in one that allows a $2.13 min wage for tipped workers. In those cases, if the tips + $2.13/hr don’t equal the min wage/hr, the employer has to make up the difference. Employers can’t just use tips to subsidize their payroll.
