Where are we heading? And why?
The initial case:
A Pune IT‑professional filed a rape complaint claiming that a delivery boy forcefully entered, used pepper spray, raped her, took a selfie and threatened “I’ll be back.”
The Twist:
Police investigation revealed no stranger, no spray, no forced entry. The man was her friend, the selfie was consensual and edited by her, and the “threat” note was self‑written because she was angry with his conduct.
The police is now investigating the rape angle in the light of new facts.
This isn’t just about a false allegation. It’s about the dangerous normalization of using rape as a tool of manipulation.
When rape laws that are meant to protect are misused as weapons, society suffers at every level:
• For genuine survivors: Every fake case weakens their credibility, deepens stigma, and emboldens real predators.
• For falsely accused men: It’s their psychological murder. One lie can destroy careers, families, mental health and society rarely apologizes.
• For law enforcement: It’s a waste of precious resources. While real victims wait for justice, entire teams chase shadows built on lies.
• For society: It signals a moral collapse, where "victimhood" is used for attention, revenge or drama.
Misusing rape laws is not a lesser evil. It’s a crime against justice itself.
We need urgent legal reforms where filing a false rape case invites swift arrest, public naming, and strict sentencing.

She filed multiple #falserape cases
She thought no one can do anything
She said she will be out in 24 hours
She thought she is invincible
But then I got to know about her
And now she will stay in Jail
