@qrsupport I was served the wrong meal which made me sick during the flight. FAs said I would be upgraded during next leg as compensation, but gate attendants indicated I was NOT upgraded and if I claimed to be sick they wouldn’t allow me to board. Shocking behaviour.

Hey @FlySWISS, I flew with you in December and it was a hellish nightmare - I arrived at my destination more than 24 HOURS later than intended following a cancellation and then a delay! Now your agents are telling me that EU regulations for compensation don’t apply? #fail

@FlySWISS I really am trying to manage this through official avenues but your staff may as well have spit in my face and asked me to pay them for the privilege, even though I’ve done nothing but request compensation in line with EU regulations

@FlySWISS You’re telling me you have no lines of communication internally? You have my case number. I’ve never been faced with such terrible customer service. I really expected so much better of Swiss - it’s why I booked with you instead of another airline!
