I already reached out here twice! No response! It’s been a week now with no luggage delivered to me! They were supposed to give a PIR number, which they did not, why did they not give us any? WHERE IS MY LUGGAGE? I called so many numbers, no use!

@ChicagoAbrar I did go to the ticket counter! A lady there told me the bags are in Chicago, and then tells it isn’t there in the lot they have and they might be in batches they’re getting today and tomorrow!
I don’t know what to do anymore!

@Kunalnavyboy @etihad @EtihadHelp Hey, I went to the ticketing counter and they told they’ll have the bags sent out in 3-4 days, but seeing the situation, I’m not sure anymore

I flew from Abu Dhabi to Chicago on the 8th of August in EY151 and the baggage was delayed.
I’d like to get an update on where is my luggage. There’s literally nobody to contact or ask for an update! If you could update me on this, I’d be glad!
