@garat_k Yes, will do! It is very very painful. I am not sure how they did not keep the luggage together. It seems like 3 of them came on next flight not sure what is the status of 4th one. It is weird that they have no way of tracking where the luggage's are to at least give an update.

Hi Sanjeev...Thank you so much for the update. We are in Cincinnati so unable to to go to the ORD airport. Did you receive any update on your luggage. We got call today that 3 of our luggage is found but 1 is still missing. Hope you get your luggage soon!
