@EtihadHelp my wife's bags have not arrived or delivered to us. Flight arrived almost 48h back. Filed a Claim and they did not give a claim number to follow-up. Poor Customer Service- no one answers Chicago Customer service number 773.598.4260

@EtihadHelp I have made honest attempts to stay decent and request for my wife's bags to be delivered at my home address. Her flight landed on Aug 10 at 4pm at ORD. She is a diabetic and has run out of her meds she carried in her carryon. Etihad is liable for all medical emergencies caused

@EtihadHelp For the record, my wife is diabetic. She packed 3 day's worth of meds for flight and will run out after tomorrow's morning dose. It's a scramble contacting her pharmacy for urgent supplies. It's possible there are worse situations. I am posting it here so that everyone hears me.

@EtihadHelp In other words, do you call to confirm the availability of passenger. Do we get a time frame to deliver? Is it true that FedEx would deliver? This is what my wife said. Compensation for delayed bags was not even offered. Is this Fair. What happens to the contents.

@EtihadHelp Please help me by defining ASAP in terms more understandable terms of hours. Eta of today's EY 151 flght is in 2h. I expect her bags to be on it and delivered to us tonight. We are not at home due to a prior unchangeable !commitment. What happens if you are not able to deliver

@ProfMakris I have been on #Hemlibra since April 2019. Target joint bleeds rate remain unchanged. No inhibitor. I bleed like a moderate now requiring fewer on-demand treatments. No inhibitor. I believe a high affinity next gen sub-q product would be better for me
