Navika of @TimesNow interviewed Tom Cooper, an Austrian defense expert.
He said, #OperationSindoor is clearly India's victory, only initially, India made a mistake by not first disabling PAK's air defense before going for the terror hubs.

Navika suggested that maybe India wanted to show that India is only after terror and not after military targets.

Tom Cooper's reaction (paraphrased):
'this is typical Indian behavior. Only India acts like that, wanting to appear as not aggressive, no other country does it.'
And then he said something, which unfortunately is true, but I wonder what is the reason:
