@AppleSupport @AppleSupport I did purchase it for my Apple Watch Hermes but when I needed repair, all it got for me was nothing; well maybe two or three lies from your Customer Relations. So I'm probably cancelling it and switching to Android.

@AppleSupport Now all I wanted to do was just downgrade the WatchOS. I asked this person from @AppleSupport , can we please go back to the original request of creating a repair ID for this? She said yes and that she had already put all the notes in there.

@AppleSupport But she continued that the UPS didn't specify the department. Another lie. The UPS told me that it was Apple Canada Trade In. Obviously they sent me a wrong shipping label and she wouldn't admit. Until the department who had the watch just silently returned to me.

رفتم برای مادر دوستم آنژیوکت بزنم، سرطان رحمی که گسترده شده توی بدن و روزهای اخر و نداشتن هوشیاری... با همدردی به دوستم گفتم حتما خیلی سخته، چقد خسته میشی.
