Here's what worries me about the EAGLE Act:

It improves things for the people currently treated the worst, but it does so by gumming up the rest of the system

For example, CRS projects it would grow the expected EB2 backlog in 2030 for most countries from just 1 year to 37 yrs

The problem with the Eagle Act is that the cumulative distribution of green cards over the years is far more than ten times the ROW, but Indians are still not satisfied and say that this is unfair to them. #NoEagleAct

#NoEagleAct The EagleAct has NOTHING, but ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with skills based immigration, there is NO MERIT-BASED immigration in the EagleAct, the caps exist to prevent one country from monopolizing the immigration system, the racist EagleAct removes those protections.
