The army belongs to the entire nation, not just to the Army Chief or a political party. General Asim Munir bear in mind where the nation stands & what the public sentiment is, while the military leadership has positioned itself in the completely opposite direction. Never before have I seen such a divide between the military and the people. They have pitted the military against the country’s largest political party.

On May 9, it was the military that initiated this unrest, and ISI has concealed the cctv footage to protect the real perpetrators from being exposed.

If the government fails to comply with the decision on reserved seats and attempts to extend the Chief Justice's tenure, we will take to the streets in protest. To obstruct the Supreme Court's ruling, they have already amended the Election Act and are now seeking to get a two-thirds majority through backdoor channels to amend the Constitution.

First, they violated the Constitution by not holding timely elections in two provinces, and now they are committing another violation by not implementing the Supreme Court's decision. Their refusal to comply with the Supreme Court's ruling stems from their desire to secure a 2/3 majority and prolong Qazi Faez Isa’s tenure.

These crooks have destroyed the economy and are now jeopardizing the Supreme Court as well. The nation is watching, and the pressure is mounting.

The Chief Justice and the Election Commission were in collusion, and were aided by the Army Chief. However, their entire plan was thwarted by the people of Pakistan on February 8.

Pakistan’s situation is worse than that of Bangladesh! Just as Hasina Wajid appointed her own Chief Justice, Army Chief, and Election Commissioner, the same has been done here.
When people took to the streets in Bangladesh, the army refused to fire on its own citizens.
Despite the oppression, our party emerged victorious on February 8. Currently, 90% of the population stands with PTI; Khaleda Zia did not have the same level of support that PTI enjoys in Pakistan. Regardless of what they do, the Pakistani military will not fire on its own people.

I am about to give the call; the people are ready. They have overcome their fears, and are prepared to face imprisonment and even lay down their lives.
If the Constitution is violated in Pakistan, the future of our youth will be at risk.

Before the election, there was a crackdown on our party under the pretext of May 9. Half of our leadership was thrown in jail, half went underground, and the rest were forced to leave the party.

They committed massive fraud in the elections, and now they fear that if the constituencies are audited, the mandate theft will be exposed. This is why they want to place their judges in the tribunals. They know that such a massive fraud cannot be covered up. The former Commissioner of Rawalpindi said that candidates who were winning by margins of 70,000 votes were declared losers. Patan said that 74,000 extra votes were cast in Nawaz Sharif’s constituency.

When they suspect that Imran Khan has any contact with the establishment, they start trembling, even though I have no contact with anyone, and there has been no communication. We have given Mehmood Khan Achakzai the authority to negotiate with the politicians.
However, PTI will not negotiate with puppets. If we negotiate with these stooges, it means we have accepted the current government.

If they want to reject our demands, let them do so. I wanted to talk for the sake of the country. PTI's popularity is growing day by day.
If they don't want to talk, so be it; I am in no hurry.

فوج سارے پاکستان کی ہے اکیلے آرمی چیف یا کسی ایک سیاسی جماعت کی نہیں- جنرل عاصم منیر کو سوچنا چاہیے کہ قوم کیا فیصلے کر رہی ہے،کدھر کھڑی ہے اور فوجی قیادت کہاں کھڑی ہے، فوج اور عوام میں ایسا فاصلہ کبھی نہیں دیکھا- انہوں نے ملک کی سب سے بڑی جماعت کو فوج کے آمنے سامنے کر دیا ہے-
نو مئی کو انہوں نے خود آگ لگائی ہے، آئی ایس آئی نے فوٹیج چھپا رکھی ہے تاکہ اصلی کردار سامنے نہ آ سکیں۔

حکومت نے اگر مخصوص نشستوں کا فیصلہ نہیں مانا اور چیف جسٹس کو ایکسٹینشن دینے کی کوشش کی تو ہم سٹریٹ موومنٹ کا آغاز کریں گے۔
سپریم کورٹ کے فیصلے کو روکنے کے لیے انہوں نے الیکشن ایکٹ میں ترمیم کی ہے اور اب یہ آئین میں بھی ترمیم کرنے کے لیے چور دروازوں سے دو تہائی اکثریت حاصل کرنا چاہتے ہیں۔
یہ ہمیں مخصوص نشتیں نہیں دے رہے۔ پہلے انہوں نے دو صوبوں میں الیکشن نہ کروا کر آئین کی خلاف ورزی کی ہے، اب سپریم کورٹ کے فیصلے پر عمل درآمد نہ کرکے دوبارہ آئین شکنی کی جا رہی ہے۔ یہ سپریم کورٹ کا فیصلہ اس لیے نہیں مان رہے کیونکہ انہیں دو تہائی اکٽریت چاہیے تاکہ قاضی فائز عیسی کو مزید بٹھا سکیں- ان لوگوں نے معیشت کو تباہ کر دیا ہے اور اب سپریم کورٹ پر بھی حملے کر رہے ہیں، قوم انتظار کر رہی ہے، لاوا پک چکا ہے۔

چیف جسٹس اور الیکشن کمیشن ملے ہوئے تھے، آرمی چیف نے انکی سپورٹ کی لیکن 8 فروری کو ان کا سارامنصوبہ ناکام ہو گیا۔ ہمارے حالات بنگلہ دیش سے زیادہ برے ہیں- حسینہ واجد نے بھی اپنے چیف جسٹس، آرمی چیف اور الیکشن کمیشن لگائے ہوئے تھے- بنگلہ دیش میں جب لوگ باہر نکلے تو فوج نے اپنی عوام پر گولی چلانے سے انکار کر دیا، بنگلہ دیش اور پاکستان کے حالات مختلف نہیں۔ 8 فروری کو ظلم کے باوجود ہماری پارٹی جیتی، اس وقت تحریک انصاف کے ساتھ 90 فیصد عوام ہے، خالدہ ضیاء کے ساتھ وہ عوام نہیں ہے جو تحریک انصاف کے ساتھ پاکستان میں ہے۔ یہ اب جو مرضی کر لیں پاکستانی فوج عوام پر گولی نہیں چلائے گی، میں کال دینے لگا ہوں، لوگ تیار ہیں، خوف کا بت ٹوٹ چکا ہے، اب لوگ جیلوں میں جانے اور جان دینے کو تیار ہیں، اگر آپ پاکستان میں آئین توڑیں گے تو نوجوانوں کا مستقبل خطرے میں ہے۔

الیکشن سے پہلے نو مئی کے نام پر ہماری پارٹی پر کریک ڈاؤن کیا گیا،۔ ہماری آدھی لیڈرشپ کو پکڑ کے جیل میں ڈالا گیا، آدھی لیڈرشپ انڈر گراؤنڈ ہو گئی،باقیوں کو ویگو ڈالے کے ذریعے پارٹی چھڑوا دی-
انہوں نے الیکشن میں بڑا فراڈ کیا ہے اب ان کو خدشہ ہے حلقے کھلیں گے تو ان کی ساری چوری عیاں ہو جائے گی، اسی لیے ٹریبونلز میں اپنے ججز کو بٹھانا چاہتے ہیں، ان کو معلوم ہو گیا ہے اتنا بڑا فراڈ کور نہیں ہو سکتا، راولپنڈی کے سابق کمشنر نے کہا 70،70 ہزار سے جیتنے والوں کو ہروایا گیاہے۔ پٹن نے کہا نواز شریف کے حلقہ میں 74 ہزار ووٹ ڈالے گئے۔

ان کو جب معلوم ہوتا ہے کہ عمران خان کا اسٹیبلشمنٹ سے رابطہ ہے تو ان کی کانپیں ٹانک جاتی ہے،حالانکہ میرا کسی سے کوئی رابطہ نہیں ہے کوئی بات چیت نہیں رہی۔ ہم نے محمود خان اچکزئی کو سیاستدانوں سے مذاکرات کا اختیار دیا ہے، تحریک انصاف کٹھ پتلیوں سے مذاکرات نہیں کرے گی، اگر ہم ان کٹھ پتلی سیاست دانوں سے مذاکرات کریں گے تو اس کا مطلب ہے ہم نے موجودہ حکومت کو تسلیم کر لیا۔

Former Prime Minister Imran Khan's Message from Jail

Date: August 8, 2024

On May 7, 2024 the DG ISPR stated in his press conference that they would not forgive us for the events that unfolded on May 9, 2023.
I want to make this absolutely clear; our stance is unequivocal - forgiveness is sought by the oppressor, not the oppressed. On May 9, I was abducted by hundreds of paramilitary personnel that stormed the Islamabad High Court. My abduction was declared unconstitutional and illegal by the Supreme Court of Pakistan. In the protests that followed, dozens of our workers were martyred, and subsequently hundreds abducted, and thousands arrested. The sanctity of homes was violated, and businesses destroyed merely because of political affiliation. And therefore, it is they who should apologize to me and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).

My statement has been deliberately aired out of context. My position has remained the same as it was before: May 9 was a false flag operation, and hence the CCTV footage has been concealed to hide the crime. My demand remains that the CCTV footage should be made public, and based on this, an investigation should be carried out transparently. Dr. Yasmin Rashid, who was outside the CC House on May 9 as a representative of PTI can be seen in several videos instructing the workers to remain peaceful. This proves that no leader of our party was involved in vandalism and arson on May 9. I have always instructed my party and workers to protest peacefully wherever they may be in Pakistan. Our Constitution gives us the right to hold peaceful protests anywhere, including inside Cantts or GHQ.
If transparent investigations reveal that any PTI-affiliated leader was involved in acts of arson and vandalism, they shall be treated in accordance with the law.

I’m predicting that this government will not last more than 2 months, and therefore, the names of Nawaz Sharif, Shehbaz Sharif, and Asif Ali Zardari should be placed on the Exit Control List (ECL) so they cannot escape [yet again].
Whether they keep me in prison or file even more bogus cases on me, I will not back down or make a deal with these crooks; deals are made by those who have committed a crime. My money isn’t stashed abroad, nor I have any property overseas. I have fought all the cases against me, and will continue to do so if needed. The sole purpose of filing cases against me and my wife was to tear PTI apart.

4.
The desire for negotiations should not be interpreted as a sign of weakness. For me, my country Pakistan comes first, and for its political and economic interests, I will do whatever I can to reduce tensions. Negotiations will be conditional and will only take place with the real decision-makers. The crooks in the government are ready to raze the country to the ground, as long as it prolongs their reign of power. These opportunists are provoking the army to dismantle PTI.
However, is it possible to eliminate a party that represents 90% of the population? Anyone who has such a dream should learn from history.

5.
Just as Western courts have given Israel an open permission to commit a genocide of Palestinians, Qazi Faez Isa has fully collaborated with the state in perpetrating oppression against us and has fully aided this tyranny and fascism. It is on the basis of this bias and lack of justice that we have long requested Qazi Faez Isa's recusal from my cases. The way Qazi Faez Isa facilitated the PDM and the Election Commission by revoking our electoral symbol in the February 8 elections is known to all.

The way Bengali people, through their united and determined struggle for their rights and the preservation of democracy, freed themselves from the oppressive system in place, is commendable. Throughout the protest, the way the Bengali Chief of Army Staff handled the situation while remaining apolitical should be commended. The army, as a professional institution, and its Chief must remain "apolitical" in such situations.

The army is a national institution. We need to protect its reputation, but the military leadership itself should foremost be concerned about its reputation. Self-accountability is critical. From Musharraf's time, we have been told that Sharifs and Zardaris are thieves. And when the entire nation believed and understood how they’ve plundered the country, Musharraf gave them an NRO, and then you decided to give them an NRO 2. Since then; these crooks bent the law to their liking.
Despite the worst electoral defeat, they’ve been imposed into power after blatant electoral theft. The military has continued to support a group of thieves that prioritize its personal interest; they have no concern for the public or the country. So, when ‘you’ support such people whom the public rejected on February 8, what impression do you think will be formed among the people? You should be mindful of your image among the public.

۷ مئی کو ڈی جی آئی ایس پی آر نے اپنی پریس کانفرنس میں کہا کہ وہ ۹ مئی پر ہمیں معافی نہیں دیں گے۔ ہمارا موقف بالکل واضح اور دو ٹوک ہے کہ معافی مظلوم نہیں، ظالم مانگتا ہے۔ ۹ مئی کو عدالت کے شیشے توڑ کر مجھے اغوا کیا گیا جسے بعد ازاں سپریم کورٹ نے غیر آئینی اور غیر قانونی اقدام قرار دیا ہے- ہمارے درجنوں کارکنان کو شہید، سینکڑوں کو اغواء اور ہزاروں کو گرفتار کیا گیا، گھروں کے تقدس کو پامال کیا گیا اور صرف سیاسی وابستگی کے جرم میں لوگوں کے کاروبار تباہ کر دئیے گئے۔ اس فسطائیت کے تناظر میں معافی تو مجھ سے اور تحریک انصاف سے مانگنی چاہیے-

میرے بیان کو بلا سیاق و سباق چلایا جا رہا ہے۔ حالانکہ میرا موقف شروع سے وہی ہے کہ ۹ مئی ایک فالس فلیگ آپریشن تھا، جس میں جرم کو چھپانے کے لیے سی سی ٹی وی فوٹیج غائب کر دی گئی۔ میرا مطالبہ اب بھی وہی ہے کہ سی سی ٹی وی فوٹیج کو منظر عام پر لایا جائے اور اس کی روشنی میں شفاف تحقیقات کروائی جائیں۔ ڈاکٹر یاسمین راشد جو بطور تحریک انصاف کی نمائندہ ۹ مئی کو کور کمانڈر ہاؤس کے باہر موجود تھیں، انہیں متعدد ویڈیوز میں کارکنان کو پرامن رہنے کی ہدایات دیتے سنا جا سکتا ہے- یہ ثابت کرتا ہے کہ ۹ مئی کو ہماری جماعت کا کوئی رہنما توڑ پھوڑ اور جلاؤ گھیراؤ میں شامل نہیں تھا- میری طرف سے میری جماعت اور کارکنان کو ہمیشہ ایک ہی ہدایت ہوتی ہے کہ پاکستان میں جہاں بھی احتجاج کریں پر امن احتجاج کریں۔ کنٹونمنٹ کا علاقہ ہو یا جی ایچ کیو ، ہمیں پاکستان کا آئین یہ حق دیتا ہے کہ ملک میں جب بھی ظلم ہو آپ کہیں بھی جا کر پر امن احتجاج کر سکتے ہیں - اگر شفاف تحقیقات کے نتیجے میں تحریک انصاف سے وابستگی رکھنے والا کوئی رہنما جلاؤ گھیراؤ اور توڑ پھوڑ کے واقعات میں ملوث قرار پایا گیا تو اسے قرار واقعی سزا دی جائے۔

جیل میں بیٹھ کر پیشگوئی کر رہا ہوں کہ حکومت کے پاس 2 ماہ سے زیادہ وقت نہیں۔ نواز شریف، شہباز شریف اور آصف علی زرداری کے نام ای سی ایل میں ڈالیں، یہ بھاگ نہ جائیں۔ کیسز بنائیں یا جیل میں رکھیں، میں ڈیل کرنے کو تیار نہیں؛ ڈیل وہ کرتا ہے جس نے کوئی جرم کیا ہو-میرا کوئی پیسہ باہر نہیں پڑا نہ کوئی جائیداد،میں نے سارے کیسز لڑے ہیں، مزید بھی لڑوں گا،مجھ پر اور میری اہلیہ پر کیسز کرنے کا مقصد پی ٹی آئی کو توڑنا تھا۔

مذاکرات کی خواہش کو کمزوری سے تعبیر نہ کیا جائے۔ میرے لیے میرا ملک پاکستان مقدم ہے اور اسی کے سیاسی و معاشی مفاد کے لیے میں کشیدگی میں کمی کا حامی ہوں۔ مذاکرات مشروط اور اصل فیصلہ سازوں سے ہی ہونگے۔ حکومت میں موجود ریلو کٹے اپنے اقتدار کو دوام دینے کے لیے ملکی مفاد کو داؤ پر لگانا چاہتے ہیں۔ یہ ریلو کٹے فوج کو ورغلاتے ہیں کہ تحریک انصاف کو ختم کر دو۔ کیا ۹۰% عوام کی نمائندہ جماعت کو ختم کرنا ممکن ہے؟ جو بھی یہ خواب دیکھ رہا ہے، اسے تاریخ سے سبق سیکھنا چاہیے۔

جس طرح مغربی عدالتوں نے اسرائیل کو فلسطینیوں کی نسل کشی کی کھلی اجازت دی ہوئی ہےاسی طرح قاضی فائز عیسٰی نے ریاست کے ساتھ ہم پر ظلم کرنے میں مکمل شراکت داری کی ہے اور ان کا اس ظلم اور فسطائیت میں پورا پورا ساتھ دیا ہے- اسی تعصب اور انصاف کی عدم فراہمی کی بنیاد پر ہم نے کافی عرصے سے قاضی فائز عیسٰی کی میرے مقدمات سے علیحدگی کی درخواست دے رکھی ہے۔ آٹھ فروری کے انتخابات میں بھی ہماری پارٹی سے بلے کا نشان چھین کر قاضی فائز نے جس طرح پی ڈی ایم اور الیکشن کمیشن کی سہولت کاری کی ہے وہ سب کے سامنے ہے-

بنگالی عوام نے اپنے حقوق اور جمہوریت کی بقا کے لیے متحدہ اور پرعزم جدوجہد کر کے جس طرح ملک میں رائج جابرانہ نظام سے چھٹکارہ حاصل کیا، وہ قابل ستائش ہے۔ اس سارے احتجاج میں ابھی تک جس طرح بنگالی چیف آف آرمی سٹاف نے غیر سیاسی رہتے ہوئے معاملے سے نمٹا، وہ ان کی پیشہ وارانہ اخلاقیات کی دلیل اور قابل تعریف ہے۔ آرمی کو بطور پروفیشنل ادارہ اور اس کے آرمی چیف کو اس قسم کی صوتحال میں “غیر سیاسی” رہنا چاہیے-

فوج ایک قومی ادارہ ہے اور فوج ہم سب کی ہے- اس کی ساکھ کا خیال ہم سب نے کرنا ہے- لیکن اپنی ساکھ کا سب سے زیادہ خیال فوجی قیادت نے خود کرنا ہے۔ خود احتسابی بہت مفید عمل ہے۔ مشرف سمیت آپ سب نے ہمیں بتایا کہ یہ چور ہیں اور جب پوری قوم نے آپ کی اس بات پر یقین کر لیا اور مان لیا کہ یہ چور ہیں اور انہوں نے ملک لوٹا ہے تو مشرف نے ان چوروں کو این آر او دیا اور پھر آپ نے ان کو این آر او ٹو دینے کا فیصلہ کیا- پھر ان چوروں نے اپنی مرضی کے قوانین بنوائے- ان کو انتخابات میں بد ترین شکست ہونے کے باوجود آپ نے ان کے لیے دھاندلی کر کے ان کو اقتدار دیا- آپ چوروں کے ایک ایسے ٹولے کا مسلسل ساتھ دے رہے ہیں جن کی ترجیح ذاتی مفاد ہے، انہیں نہ عوام سے کوئی لگاؤ ہے نہ ملک کی فکر۔ تو جب آپ ایسے لوگوں کو سپورٹ کرتے ہیں جن کو عوام نے آٹھ فروری کو مسترد کیا ہے تو اس طرح عوام میں آپ کا کیا تاثر جائے گا؟ آپ کو خود عوام میں آپ کے تاثر کا خیال رکھنا چاہیے-

5th August marks a black day in the long history of the brutal Indian occupation of IIOJK. Today, 5 years ago, Modi's govt illegally ended the special status of IIOJK & unleashed a new wave of violence & oppression on the Kashmiri people. IIOJK was turned into an open prison cut off from the world as Indian Occupation forces attacked the Kashmiris with their military might including torture & arbitrary arrests.

5 years on, the UN & the international community have yet to act against India's continuing violations of international law, including international humanitarian laws, especially the Fourth Geneva Convention.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf represents 90% of Pakistanis, be they overseas or at home. The puppet government, brought into power illicitly through doctored Form 47's, is trying to drive a wedge between the people of Pakistan and its armed forces, but we will not let them be successful.

I criticized the measures and the individuals responsible for the deterioration of Pakistan’s situation. Our country has also suffered severe consequences in the past due to decisions made behind closed doors by a select few. General Zia was behind Zulfiqar Bhutto’s execution. And General Yahya Khan was responsible for the Fall of Dhaka. Turning a blind eye to and not calling out these errors would be a grave injustice to not just the country but to the armed forces of Pakistan. An individual does not constitute the entire establishment, and we have never blamed the entire institution. A spoiled child is criticized at home for the sake of reform and guidance. And such criticism is the beauty of democracy.

We will not hold any talks, nor will we negotiate with the puppet, mafia regime, imposed on us illegitimately through fraud and rigging. The country is under an undeclared martial law. Political, and consequently, economic instability has impacted every segment of society. Their representatives have been planted in every key post. Mohsin Naqvi is a prime example of that. I will never talk to Mohsin Naqvi. He, with the Inspector General (IG) of Punjab Police, oppressed our people, and is responsible for Zille Shah’s death. They will never be able to travel overseas. Those who perpetrate violence are despised abroad. Maryam Nawaz has kept the IG Punjab on in the job because he oppressed PTI.

This is why we prefer negotiations with military leadership, who are the actual decision-makers, instead of this puppet government. We have given a mandate to Mahmood Khan Achakzai for negotiations. We will hold conditional negotiations if the military leadership appoints its representative.

Our first condition for negotiations is that our stolen mandate be returned. Our second condition for talks is the release of our prisoners and an end to bogus cases. The third condition is that clean and transparent elections be held, without which the country’s integrity is at risk.

People are suffering from uncertainty and backbreaking inflation. The situation is so dire that the person who cleans my prison cell got an electricity bill of forty thousand rupees. I support Jamaat-e-Islami's stance against the outrageous increase in electricity bills and taxes. My party leadership and workers have been instructed to participate in Jamaat-e-Islami’s sit-ins.

Enforced disappearances must stop. They are an affront to humanity and a flagrant violation of international law. 25 of our workers or their family members are still missing. Our International Media Coordinator, Ahmed Janjua was arrested from his house and labeled a terrorist.
I also support the Baloch people who are protesting for the recovery of their missing persons. Sense must prevail and the growing hatred and sense of deprivation among the people must be addressed.

I have filed a reference against the Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court, Aamer Farooq. His bias is not a secret from anyone. Justice Aamer Farooq justified my abduction from inside the Islamabad High Court and he attempted to implicate me in the Tyrian White case. Aamer Farooq insists on hearing all of Bushra Khan’s and my cases. When I have explicitly expressed no-confidence in him, he should, in principle, recuse himself from all cases involving me, my party, and my wife.

Both these parties (PMLN and PPP) are drowning and are hanging on by a boot which they have placed a tag of May 9th on. This is why they are creating chaos and division in the country to prolong their fraudulent hold on power.

I have never endorsed vandalism in my 28 years of struggle. The CCTV footage from the scenes of violence contain the proof of our innocence. Any member of PTI who is found to be involved in the May 9th incidents should be held accountable.

The illicit regime is panicking and using every undemocratic ploy to suppress PTI. All parties are holding rallies, but we are not allowed to do so. We will hold a massive rally in Swabi on August 5th. And the next one will be in Islamabad. The people should get ready!

پاکستان تحریک انصاف ۹۰ فیصد اندرون اور بیرون ملک پاکستانیوں کی نمائندہ جماعت ہے۔ فارم ۴۷ کے سہارے آئی ہوئی کٹھ پتلی حکومت بطور ادارہ فوج اور قوم کے درمیان دراڑیں ڈالنے کی کوشش کر رہی ہے، جو کامیاب نہیں ہونے دیں گے۔ بگاڑ کا سبب بننے والے اقدامات اور اشخاص پر تنقید کی۔ ماضی میں بھی چند اشخاص کے بند کمروں کے فیصلوں نے ملک کو ناقابل تلافی نقصان پہنچایا۔ ذوالفقار علی بھٹو کی سزا کے پیچھے جنرل ضیاء تھا۔ سقوط ڈھاکہ کے پیچھے جنرل یحٰیی خان کا ہاتھ تھا۔ اگر آپ ان غلطیوں پر آنکھیں اور تنقید بند کر دیں گے تو یہ ملک سے بالعموم اور فوج سے بالخصوص ظلم ہو گا۔ کوئی بھی فرد واحد ادارہ نہیں ہوتا۔ ہم نے کبھی بھی ادارے کو مورد الزام نہیں ٹھہرایا۔ گھر کا کوئی بچہ بگڑ جائے تو اس پر اصلاح کی غرض سے تنقید کی جاتی ہے اور یہ تنقید جمہوریت کا حسن ہے۔

فارم ۴۷ کٹھ پتلی مافیا سے کوئی بات چیت ہو گی نہ مذاکرات۔ ملک میں غیر اعلانیہ مارشل نافذ ہے۔ سیاسی اور نتیجتاً معاشی عدم استحکام سے ہر طبقہ بری طرح متاثر ہے۔ ہر عہدے پر انہی کے نمائندے مسلط ہیں۔ محسن نقوی اس کی سب سے بدترین مثال ہے۔ محسن نقوی سے کبھی بات نہیں کروں گا،اس نے آئی جی پنجاب سے ملکر ہمارے لوگوں پر ظلم کیا۔ یہ ظل شاہ کی موت کے ذمہ دار ہیں، یہ بیرون ملک کہیں نہیں جا سکے گا، باہر ممالک میں تشدد سے نفرت کی جاتی ہے۔ مریم نواز نے آئی جی پنجاب کو اسی لئے رکھا ہوا ہے کہ اس نے پی ٹی آئی پر ظلم کیا ہے۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ ہم اس کٹھ پتلی حکومت کے بجائے اصلی فیصلہ ساز فوجی قیادت کے ساتھ مذاکرات کو ترجیح دیتے ہیں۔ ہم نے محمود خان اچکزئی کو مذاکرات کا مینڈیٹ دیا ہے، فوجی قیادت اپنا نمائندہ مقرر کرے تو ہم مشروط مذاکرات کریں گے۔

مذاکرات کے لئے پہلا مطالبہ ہے کہ ہمارا چوری کیا گیا مینڈیٹ واپس کیا جائے۔ مذاکرات کے لئے دوسرا مطالبہ اسیران کی رہائی اور جھوٹے مقدمات کا خاتمہ ہے۔ تیسرا مرحلہ صاف شفاف الیکشن کا انعقاد ہے جس کے بغیر ملک کی سالمیت خطرے میں ہے-

ملک میں غیر یقینی صورتحال اور مہنگائی کے طوفان نے عوام کی کمر توڑ کر رکھ دی ہے۔ حالات یہ ہیں کہ میرے جیل کے کمرے کی صفائی کرنے والے کا بجلی کا بل ۴۰ ہزار آیا ہے۔ بجلی کے بلوں اورٹیکسسز میں ہوشرباء اضافہ پر جماعت اسلامی کے دھرنے کی حمایت کرتا ہوں۔میری پارٹی قیادت اور کارکنان کو ہدایات ہیں کہ وہ جماعت اسلامی کے دھرنے میں شرکت کریں۔

جبری گمشدگیوں کا سلسلہ بند ہونا چاہیے۔ یہ انسانیت کی توہین اور بین الاقوامی قوانین کی صریح خلاف ورزی ہے۔ ہمارے ۲۵ ورکرز اور ان کے اہل خانہ اب تک غائب ہیں۔ انٹرنیشنل میڈیا کوارڈینیٹر احمد جنجوعہ کو گھر سے گرفتار کرکے دہشتگرد بنا دیا گیا۔
لاپتہ افراد کی بازیابی کے لئے نکلنے والے بلوچ عوام کی بھی حمایت کرتا ہوں۔ ہمیں ہوش کے ناخن لینے چاہییں اور عوام میں بڑھتی ہوئی نفرت اور احساس محرومی کا سدباب کرنا چاہیے۔

میں نے چیف جسٹس اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ عامر فاروق کے خلاف ریفرنس دائر کیا ہے۔ ان کا تعصب کسی سے ڈھکا چھپا نہیں۔ مجھے اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ سے اغواء کیا گیا تو عامر فاروق نے اسے درست قرار دیا۔ میرے اور بشریٰ بی بی کے سارے کیسز کی سماعت عامر فاروق ہی کرتے ہیں۔ وہ مجھے ٹیریان کیس میں پھنسانا چاہتے تھے۔ جب میں ان پر عدم اعتماد کا واضح اظہار کر چکا ہوں تو انہیں اصولی طور پر میرے، میری پارٹی اور میری اہلیہ کے تمام کیسز سے علیحدہ ہو جانا چاہیے۔

یہ دونوں جماعتیں سمندر میں ڈوب رہی ہیں اور جوتے کے سہارے لٹک رہی ہیں جس پر ۹ مئی کا ٹیگ لگا ہے۔ اس لیے یہ ملک میں انتشار اور تفریق پیدا کر کے اپنے جعلی اقتدار کو طول دینا چاہتے ہیں۔ ۲۸ سالہ جدوجہد میں کبھی توڑ پھوڑ کی بات نہیں کی۔ ۹ مئی واقعات میں ہماری بے گناہی سی سی ٹی وی فوٹیج میں چھپی ہے۔ اگر ۹ مئی میں تحریک انصاف کا کوئی بندہ ملوث ہے تو اسے ضرور سزا دیں-

خوفزدہ جعلی سرکار تحریک انصاف کو دبانے کے لیے ہر غیر جمہوری ہتھکنڈہ استعمال کر رہی ہے۔ ساری جماعتیں جلسے کر رہی ہیں ہمیں جلسہ کرنے کی اجازت نہیں دیتے۔ ۵ اگست کو ایک بہت بڑا جلسہ صوابی میں کر رہے ہیں۔ اگلا جلسہ اسلام آباد میں کریں گے۔ عوام تیاری کرے۔

بانی چئیرمین تحریک انصاف عمران خان کا اڈیالہ جیل سے اہم پیغام

۱-

پرسوں میڈیا پر مخصوص ایجنڈے کے تحت بیانیہ بنایا گیا کہ میں نے عوام کو جی ایچ کیو جا کر احتجاج پر اکسایا جبکہ حقیقت یہ ہے کہ تحریک انصاف کی تقریباً ۳ دہائی پر محیط تاریخ میں پرتشدد احتجاج کی کوئی مثال نہیں ملتی۔ گزشتہ ڈھائی سال کے دوران تحریک انصاف کے خلاف بدترین ہتھکنڈے استعمال کر کے تشدد پر اکسایا گیا۔ نومبر ۲۰۲۲ میں مجھ پر قاتلانہ حملہ ہوا اور میری مرضی کی ایف آئی آر کاٹنے سے بھی انکار کیا گیا۔ اس کے بعد ۲ مرتبہ میری رہائش گاہ پر عسکری ادارے نے حملہ کیا، ایک مرتبہ میری پیشی کے موقع پر مجھے قتل کرنے کا باقاعدہ منصوبہ بنا کر سادہ لباس میں لوگوں کو چھوڑا گیا۔ صرف یہی نہیں ۹ مئی کو عوام کو انتشار دلانے کے لیے ایک سابق وزیر اعظم اور پاکستان کی سب سے بڑی اور مقبول سیاسی جماعت کے سربراہ کو جس ہتک آمیز انداز میں اغواء کیا گیا، وہ بھی کسی بڑے حادثے کا سبب بن سکتا تھا لیکن تحریک انصاف کے کارکنان کی سیاسی تربیت میں تشدد کا کوئی عنصر شامل نہیں۔ تحریک انصاف سیاسی، آئینی و قانونی جدوجہد پر یقین رکھتی ہے۔

۹ مئی ایک فالس فلیگ آپریشن تھا۔ جس نے ۹ مئی کی سی سی ٹی وی فوٹیج چرائی، وہی ۹ مئی کے حقیقی ذمہ داران ہیں۔ ان کی عقل کا یہ عالم ہے کہ یہ ۹ مئی کو امریکہ کے کیپیٹل ہل کے احتجاج سے تشبیہ دیتے ہیں حالانکہ وہاں باقاعدہ شفاف تفتیش اور سی سی ٹی وی کے باریک بینی سے جائزے کے بعد صرف ملوث افراد کو سزا دی گئی، پوری سیاسی پارٹی “ ریپبلکن” کو کچھ نہیں کہا گیا۔ لیکن یہاں نہ صرف ثبوت مٹانے کی غرض سے فوٹیج غائب کر دی گئی بلکہ پورے پاکستان میں ایکشن لیا گیا ہے۔ پورے پاکستان میں پی ٹی آئی کے مختلف علاقوں کے لوگ جنہوں نے احتجاج میں حصہ نہیں لیا ان کو بھی اُٹھایا گیا، ان کا کیا قصور تھا؟

یہ بات بھی قابل غور ہے کہ امریکہ میں سابق صدر پر قاتلانہ حملہ ہوا تو سیکرٹ سروس کی چئیرپرسن نے ناکامی کو تسلیم کرتے ہوئے استعفی دیا جبکہ پاکستان میں جس سابق وزیراعظم پر قاتلانہ حملہ ہوا، “سیکرٹ سروس” نے اسی وزیراعظم کو قید کر دیا۔

۳-
پوری پاکستانی قوم کو دہشتگرد کہہ کر قوم کو متنفر کیا جا رہا ہے۔ ۷۰ کی دہائی میں جینے والے چند افراد جو اس امر سے یکسر نابلد ہیں کہ سوشل میڈیا کام کیسے کرتا ہے، وہ ڈیجیٹل دہشتگردی کے لقب بانٹ رہے ہیں۔ پاکستان کی ۹۰ فیصد آبادی تحریک انصاف کے ساتھ کھڑی ہے۔ پاکستان کی ۹۰ فیصد عوام نے ۸ فروری کو تحریک انصاف کے حق میں ووٹ دیا تھا، ان سب کو اگر ڈیجیٹل دہشتگرد کہا جائے گا تو فوج اور عوام کے درمیان ایک خلیج پیدا ہوگی۔ اور یہ نفرت پیدا نہیں ہونی چاہیے۔ جو بھی لوگ یہ کررہے ہیں ان کو ہوش کے ناخن لینے چاہئیں۔ ۱۹۷۱ میں بھی یہی کچھ ہوا تھا۔ 25 مارچ 1971 کو جب ڈھاکہ کے اندر یحییٰ خان نے لوگوں کی بڑی تعداد کے خلاف آپریشن کیا تھا تو اس کے نتائج ملک کیلئے اچھے نہیں نکلے۔اب بھی اگر پاکستان کی اکثریت آبادی کو دہشتگرد کہا جائے تو اس کے ملک کیلئے خطرناک نتائج نکلیں گے۔

۴-
ملک، حکومتیں اور معاشرے اخلاقیات کی بنیاد پر بنتے ہیں۔ جس معاشرے میں اخلاقیات ختم ہوجائیں باقی کچھ نہیں رہتا۔ آج لوگ اگر آپ کو بُرا بھلا کہہ رہے ہیں تو وہ صرف آئین کی بالادستی کی بات کررہے ہیں۔ آئین کی بالادستی اور حقیقی آزادی کا مطالبہ کرنا کوئی غداری نہیں ہے۔ یہ جو مضحکہ خیز کیسز بنائے جارہے ہیں۔ اس کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ ہمارے لوگ بالکل پر امن طریقے سے کام کررہے تھے اور جب آپ ان کو پر امن طریقے سے کنٹرول نہیں کر سکے تو پھر آپ نے ان کے خلاف فسطائیت کے حربے استعمال کرنا شروع کردیئے۔

۵-
وزیراعلیٰ علی امین گنڈا پور کو ہدایات دی ہیں کہ وہ اسلام آباد میں جلسے کی قیادت کریں۔ پوری قوم حقیقی آزادی کے حصول کے لیے اور ملک میں رائج ظالمانہ اور فسطائی نظام کے خلاف اس جلسے میں بھرپور شرکت کی تیاری کرے۔
