Most societies, granted lands by the Govt. want freehold not for redevelopment, but 2 be free of Zamindari system of the Revenue dept. Only few will be able 2 pay premium if its more than 5%. Most will not be able 2 convert to freehold @CMOMaharashtra @ChDadaPatil @poonam_mahajan
