Appreciate you calling this out Vinod. The frustration is real and we are not blind to it. Delivery experience in India has structural gaps- courier variability, last mile inconsistency, weight disputes, failed NDRs - and brands end up bearing the brunt of all of it. But that's not an excuse.

We have been reimagining Shiprocket precisely around these pain points - Tighter courier governance, Transparent dispute resolution, Better planning using intelligence and premium last mile delivery options. Still early and a long way to go, but we are committed to closing the gap you mentioned. The founder community should see very tangible changes over the next few months.

Unpopular opinion: Severance season 2 is meh, and has fallen in the same trap as other shows - slow buildup towards (hopefully) a edge of the seat season finale so folks tune in next season. Beauty of Season 1 was everything was happening each episode. Right now there are too many story arcs not tying (but hopefully eventually will).
