Now I often have rolled oats mixed with a seed mix (chia, linseed, pumpkin, sunflower, sesame and poppy) and frozen blueberries made with soya milk.

@FrancisBJackson @CityofCT @geordinhl I’d love to see this. For domestic households my guess is that it’s close to zero. And if any of those households want to feed back in future (once the cheaper two way meter is in place) they’ll have to reapply to the city 🤦🏽‍♂️
