Dear @Myntra, I placed my order on 10 June. Delivery was promised for 15 June. Today is 8 July and I still haven't received it. After countless calls and chats, nothing has been resolved. Quick-commerce delivers in 15 mins, but Myntra needs ~25 days? Amazing! Please resolve this.

After 20 days of waiting & multiple follow-ups, my order on @myntra got cancelled — reason: technical issue. That’s it. No real help

Meanwhile @amazonIN reorders the product & actually helps when it’s their fault

When I called customer service, they asked me to wait 48 hrs. But why should I wait? I paid the full amount on time & this was an urgent order.

Why this delay & what is going on? These cases are increasing every day. Really disappointing experience!

Ordered an iPhone during #AmazonPrimeDay2025 with 3-hour Prime delivery. Waited 3+ days, contacted @AmazonHelp multiple times — no resolution. Order cancelled, price changed. Amazon failed and lost a customer. Might as well buy from the competition next time.@amazonIN #AmazonFail
