@LincolnFncl My dad died at 91 but had paid all premiums until his death. After being placed on hospice he missed a letter requesting $3900 extra. After he died, we paid the $3900 and requested the 250 k policy be paid to his widow. They canceled policy and kept the 3900.

@OptimumHelp Power went out Friday. Tuesday morning the repair guys showed up and said they just found out. Guy on Friday was supposed to turn in the ticket to say it was an outage. He didn't. Everyone told me you had 3-5 days to fix it . I am trying to run a business!!
@OptimumHelp I have private messaged and called multiple times. The customer service is atrocious. My service ticket was supposed to be "escalated" but that only means that a supervisor was supposed to look at it. They didn't.
@optimum@OptimumHelp Coming here again to complain about Optimum. My business was without internet for 5 days because the "repair" guy submitted the ticket incorrectly. Should have been fixed within 24 hrs. They thought a credit of $6.90 would make it all better. It did not
