@OC_TranspoHelps I was at stop C, which is what all your signage indicates the shuttle bus arrives/picks up at. There is no other indication that they pick up anywhere else. I also watched every single bus that came in that terminal and not a single one said Cyrville. One finally showed up at 730

@OC_TranspoHelps Maybe make sure you actually have shuttle buses running regularly to Cyrville. Waited for 1HR at St-Laurent for one, when I know they should arrive every 30 minutes & all you signage says stop C, so why is a driver telling me some of them stop on the opposite end of the terminal
