@SimonCalder It's quite telling that Tui haven't actually issued a retraction email to customers saying they have removed the expenses cap. The whole thing has been a nightmarish experience, made worse by having to learn crucial information from a newspaper rather than Tui themselves.

@HSBC_UK what awful customer service. I have literally just sat on hold for an HOUR trying to get through to your fraud line. You finally answer, mumble something and hang up on me. Is there another way this issue can be sorted? I cannot bear to waste more life calling you back
