@jasonleowsg @threehourcoffee These sound like bigger goals that have many ways to get there. I feel it would be hard for AI to give you a practical list of subtasks to follow that will get you what you want.

The last one, for example has 2 goals in it, one dependent on another, and has many “solutions”

@MartheGoudsmit The closest web app I have found is Llama Life. It's fantastic and syncs with ToDoist but it doesn't have a phone app. For my iPhone I use one called Day Planner. It hasn't been updated in years but it's the closest thing but doesn't sync with any task manager, so manual input.

@llamalife I would love to have tags and contexts like “Work” and “personal” so that I make sure not to plan more than, say 5-6 hrs worth of work tasks a day. The tags would help build reports like “you spent 3 hrs working on xxx project”
