Really disappointed with @TUIUK — after being told by multiple representatives that we would be reimbursed, we still haven’t received full payment for our out-of-pocket expenses and are being told we won’t. This shouldn’t be this difficult. Please resolve this. #TUI
2 emails and formal form done online for a complaint and still no acknowledgement from @TUIUK! Up to 28 days for a response 🙄 Has anyone else experienced a response from putting in a complaint?
