20 years ago today I joined Bettys & Taylors in Harrogate. I feel so privileged to have been a part of such an amazing business and forever grateful of the opportunities to learn and grow that have been provided to me. So today I’m raising a cuppa in celebration to us both 🫖

@BootsHelp What’s the point of ringing the Bookings Team when I’m told you can’t fit me in for days? I’ve had to pay £45 to have my eyes examined at another opticians. Please let me know the process for claiming back this amount as I am a member of your contact lens scheme.
