@BootsHelp trying to get an urgent appointment at your #harrogate branch but answerphone is saying the branch is closed. Even your central appointment centre canβt help. What is going on?
@BootsHelp Whatβs the point of ringing the Bookings Team when Iβm told you canβt fit me in for days? Iβve had to pay Β£45 to have my eyes examined at another opticians. Please let me know the process for claiming back this amount as I am a member of your contact lens scheme.
