@weavergeorge07@houseoffraser I was asked to download an app and basically they try to trick you in to transferring money. Apparently it is a very common thing. They got aggressive when I refused. Still have not received my parcel or any sort of resolution from House of Fraser. Worst customer service ever.
@houseoffraser Your customer service tell me one different thing after another: the company are waiting for the parcel; I can have a refund; I can't; it's at a depot heaven knows where. Your customer service is horrendous. I have spent over £200 and have no goods or a refund.
@houseoffraser I ordered a Lego set from you, on 1st January, for a birthday present. It shoukd have arrived by 7th January at the latest. An attempted delivery was made twice to the wrong address. I want a refund but have been told no.
@NiallHarbison Have loved following beautiful Bob's story. The things that you have sent him on his way with -the plant, the photo, etc, just made me cry. So touching and thoughtful. What wonderful people you all are. Good luck, lots of love and many happy days ahead, gorgeous Bob. Xxx 🐶❤️
FORGIVE ME, MOMMY 😢🐾…
I was there where you left me for two whole days. Sleeping right on the side of the road. I was terrified of the noise from the cars but I did not move.
Last night one of those cars stopped and she got out. She invited me to lunch but I said no. She invited me to come sleep at her house and I also said no. I tried to explain to her that I was waiting for you but she wouldn’t listen. She pulled out a leash and said I couldn’t stay there any longer. I bit her several times and ended up peeing on myself as I growled and cried! She didn’t understand that she was separating me from you! She took me against my will and we drove off! I was so sad because I knew you were going to be worried. We ended up at her house.
I kept screaming hoping you would hear me but you never came. I vomited because of my nerves, feeling so sick. I kept telling her I had to go back because you were going to think I abandoned you when you saw I wasn’t there! I, who love you with all my heart and soul have not stopped crying since we separated a few days ago. I want you to know, I would never do that to you.
I don’t know where you are now or why you stopped the car and left me there. Surely you had something very important to do. Can you come find me now, mommy?
Today I ate because my tummy was hurting. I also slept on a very soft bed. And by accident I also wiggled my tail a bit. I’m so sorry, please forgive me. She’s just being really nice to me. She said I could stay forever. She’s calling me Savannah, but I already have a name. When you pick me up you can tell it to her. You’ll see how surprised she’ll be when you explain to her that this was a big mistake.
Because mommy, you’re coming back for me, right 😢🐾?

“Pets are not disposable when we don’t want/need them anymore. They are a lifetime commitment. They are family! Thank you so much to everyone who adopts and rescues them until their last loving breath. Because of you this world is a better place.”
Savannah, rescued by Pet Search on February 1, 2021. She was found curled up at the edge of the road near the former Churchill Country Club that was closed. A bag with food was thrown in the road in front of her.
She was adopted by her Pet Search foster family Carlie and Jamie.
We are grateful for the woman and her Girl Scout troop who were walking along the road and found her and reached out to Pet Search to help.
We do this because “her life mattered”🐾
Am very proud that my son, Oliver, is running the London Marathon in aid of Get Kids Going. A dad to 2 small boys, a primary school teacher and always a keen sports fan, was the reason for choosing this charity. #Londonmarathon#Getkidsgoing

Please retweet to help Harold find a forever home #WALES North #UK
Harold was rescued from euthanasia in a British council pound.
Harold is a dinky little terrier who’s only around 5 years old. Sadly, he was left on a site in a caravan when the people moved out. When he was picked up he was covered in fleas and ticks. It became obvious he has one eye missing and awfully docked tail!💔
Despite all this is he a little gentleman who hasn’t put a paw out of place since arriving. He did his seven days in the pound and came very close to being put to sleep as no one came for him. Thankfully we had a foster home free for him!
Harold has been a true gentlemen since arriving in our care. He has happily done everything we have asked of him. He is housetrained and sleeps through the night too.
This dinky lad is great with people and other dogs. Plus he’s good on lead too, he isn’t worried by traffic and travels well in the car!
At the vets he was a super star and allowed a full examination to take place, he is more than happy to be handled. He has passed a health check, started his vaccinations, been flead and wormed.
He’s booked in to be microchipped, neutered and at the same time they going to clean out the eye socket where his eye is missing and get that better for him. Thankfully not a big job and he copes perfectly well with one eye.
Harold is a quiet lad who loves the garden and all the sniffs. He is going to be someone’s best friend.
We feel he could live with or without another neutered dog, he could live with dog savvy children or in active retired home environment. As long as he is loved and gets his walks, he’s a happy lad.
Please share this sweet soul so he can find his happy forever after and finally be treated as a family member!

Here Today transitioning right into Now and Then was such a powerful and emotional choice. Multiple people around me were straight up sobbing (myself included, how could you not?)

We are calling for tighter restrictions on fireworks following the death of Roxie, our endangered red panda kit, on bonfire night.
Our expert vet team believe it's likely that three-month-old Roxie died due to stress caused by fireworks in the local area.
