@AmazonHelp ordered 3 items Monday on prime delivery - 2 arrived yesterday. 1 due today before 4-6, it then changed to 615-8:15. 8:15 driver was one stop away (end of my street.) now says 8:15-9:15. Still one stop away. What is going on with your delivery service?

@AmazonHelp What is the ‘delay’ when the tracker shows the delivery driver hasn’t moved at all in the last hours. I have been waiting up for the delivery with still nothing and the time being delayed. It’s now 9:55. I wouldn’t say this is acceptable when I can clearly see no movement.
