So after 20+ years of using @priceline to find my #HappyPrice, it feel like this company no longer acts with integrity or honesty to negotiate prices for me. Bummer.

@priceline A supervisor told me when I filter for amenities like "airport shuttle" & "breakfast," I see options that say there is an airport shuttle or breakfast & make a hotel selection based on those amenities I am not actually guaranteed a hotel with those amenities. Really?

So to sum it all up... @Priceline advertises great prices with a low price guarantee, but they dont guarentee you will get the amenities you select, or the information on their site will be accurate or functional, and they put the responsibility for finding a solution on others.
