Du show mais peu de spectateurs : une première journée mitigée pour l'impressionnant Grand Slam Track https://t.co/dRsJbu2sQs

[Donald Smith @dpos_smith]

It’s @GrandSlamTrack Week. Where will you be April 4-6? If not the Nat’l Stadium in Kingston, you should cancel your other plans and adjust that status. You don’t want to have regrets. This is a massive opportunity to show the world that we are athletics country! #OnlyTheFastest

How impressive was Sabrina Dockery’s 11.12 run in the first round of yesterday’s 100m prelims?

It’s faster than the class 1 11.13 record that had stood for 20 years by the great Veronica Campbell-Brown before it was broken by Alana Reid in 2023 with 10.92 🤯

Today, I was at GC Foster for the World Indoors Championships Qualifiers, and I asked some of Jamaica’s (and the Bahamas’!) best senior athletes what they normally eat before a track meet 🇯🇲 🇧🇸

Here’s what they had to say!

Big thanks to everyone who took the time to share!

Get to know Kemba Nelson! 🇯🇲

She just turned 25 and got her start at Mount Alvernia High School before representing the University of Oregon.

Now, she trains under Reynaldo Walcott at Elite.

With PBs of 7.05 and 10.88, she continues to push her limits on the track.
