An absolute JOY to perform with my fellow Yam Yam and friend @MRGOLDIE at the closing ceremony of the Birmingham commonwealth games!

Thank you for all the love and messages last night following our performance of Goldie’s #dnb classic Inner City Life

OK, I don't actually know what to do because I've never seen us do this before. I screamed and threw the dog up in the air, I cried, I ran out into the street and I plan to have a beer. What else? Any advice from non-English friends? #Euro22 #Lionesses

I’ve spent the morning looking through job applications to join my team. There were only two women. So I’m putting this out there. If you’re a woman looking to work in sports media message me. I’ll give advice and offer to mentor if I can. There must be more of you out there!
