I'm turning into a dissatisfied @Verizon customer, after 20+ years with them. The myAccess giveaway today was terrible. They're also jacking prices on oh, all of their services. I'm seriously thinking it's time to look elsewhere. @VerizonSupport

@Ask_Spectrum, had no 'net service, no TV for almost the whole dang day. Very frustrating for someone who works remotely. Will we be credited for the time that our service was unavailable?

Hey, @ask_spectrum - is there an outage in the Greensboro, NC area? Talked to a rep who suggests our router is the issue but we can't even get the status of our modem on the Spectrum website.
