@Uber_Support The support team wasn't very supportive! Despite having the proof that the driver never arrived at my address they said there's nothing that can be done in the instance. Not happy at all!

So last night my uber delivery driver couldn't find my address...despite literally being at the end of the road. Countless phone calls and messages giving directions but after 15 mins I ended up going to meet him myself😑 All this and @ubereats_uk will only offer me an apology 🙃
