@quirkiesnft @BoredApeYC To some, this may be minor stuff, but to me it's 2 major goals accomplished. I still intend on losing the other 14 lbs I've gained since my stent placement, but I've never been more proud to say I did things the right way, with no shortcuts. I make my return to Web3 a better man!

So over the past 6 months, I've re-dedicated myself to my work, been mindful of my eating and daily activities, and stayed super focused on correcting years of self neglect. Today, I reached these 2 goals. Down 20 lbs and normal blood pressure....
