@NHSConfed Perhaps you should be looking at a separate pay scale for clinical practitioners as the AFC pay scale that includes nurses also includes every other NHS employee. The public want to see clinical staff paid more appropriately.

@millihill I recall years ago being told the effects of prolonged exposure to entonox was a *potential* for Vitamin B12 deficiency. Now that was a very very long time ago & I dont know if it was ever substantiated.
