Dumb question for you dude…any shoe recs that can be used for lifting and treadmill decently? Never thought i would have this issue but bad toe joint killing me in current gym shoes although doesnt hurt in my work boots so i think the stiff boot sole is helping and smushy gym shoe killing me.
