Ejipura Flyover to Open by October-End

Today directed officials and contractors to deploy additional staff and labourers to complete the long-pending Ejipura Flyover project within the deadline.

✅ Main flyover targeted for opening by October 2026
✅ 4 span launching work near Ejipura Signal underway
✅ Domlur-side down-ramp work to be completed within 15 days
✅ Sarjapur-side ramp work to follow immediately
✅ 731 of 762 segments already cast
✅ 52 of 66 spans completed

⚠️ Officials were also instructed to:
🔹 Fill potholes around the project stretch
🔹 Desilt drains before monsoon
🔹 Prevent waterlogging near the flyover zone
🔹 Ensure proper streetlighting

📍The 2.59 km Ejipura Flyover project is being executed under the Greater Bengaluru Authority – Bengaluru South City Corporation.

Bengaluru airport is in talks with traffic police to impose fines on vehicles parked over five minutes at Kempegowda Airport to ease congestion.
