@22_kodi @3Diorjohnson That’s only part of the carry rule, not all. The ball cannot come to a “rest” in your hand at any point during your dribble. In other word you cannot defy gravity with the ball while dribbling

The ball cannot come to a rest in your hand at any point during your dribble. There is no way to fake an in and out dribble in to spin without the ball coming to a rest

You cannot travel after your dribble is live until you establish a pivot, you cannot establish a pivot until your dribble is dead. When you “stop dribbling and when your dribble is dead is not always simultaneous.
