Personally, I think this thing is actually quite meaningful, and it can be discussed from several angles. If there are further developments, I believe CZ would still engage with it.

Technical level: It proves that "the blockchain itself can be used as hardware circuitry," moving the most fundamental transistor-level logic of computing entirely on-chain for execution. This is the first time a truly "on-chain 4-bit processor" has been achieved, as opposed to just writing a high-level computation function in Solidity.
Philosophical/conceptual level: A CPU that can never be shut down, never be turned off by any centralized authority. The computation process is completely transparent, verifiable, and permanent.
