15% of AI agent plugins contain malicious instructions. That's Hiddenlayer's data.
Cloud agent compromised: your files and context leave your machine.
Local agent compromised: blast radius stays on your hardware.
Architecture is the difference.

See the growth of nodes in the Anyone Network over time, in this community-generated visualization based on public descriptor data.
While still dominated by our two epicentres in Europe and North America, new countries and regions continue to grow as part of our continual push for network diversity.
The network is continually getting bigger, faster, and better distributed!

Vitalik Buterin published his self-sovereign local AI setup this week.
His framing: cloud AI is taking privacy ten steps backward.
His setup: local inference, local files, sandboxed. No servers required.
That's exactly how Hefty is built. https://t.co/Ch8iLdFTcI
HyperBEAM hashpaths from a REST perspective
REST is everywhere, but the problem with most API servers is that there is zero verifiability. Hashpaths are the fix, and they're native to @aoTheComputer.

HyperBEAM devs, we are already running private nodes for our team and thinking of opening them as a paid service.
Which tier would you actually use?

The latest Anyone Client software - anon 0.4.9.13 - is live!
This update enables our release pipelines and comes with general improvements, including better country classification of relays.
If your relay or client auto-updates via apt, then it will automatically pull the latest version. Cycling your Anyone hardware will also auto-update!
More details on updating relays:

We are gearing up for the next release of the Anyone client.
This is the software package that powers relays, hardware nodes, and our SDK.
This is a foundational update that prepares our release pipelines, improves geolocation handling, and sets us up to ship updates more consistently going forward 🧵
Adoption scales through integrations.
Check out our fork of @cakewallet for @monero and other chains, using the Anyone client to route traffic securely.
Our mobile SDKs make integrations like this easier than ever.

Quick update!
We're working behind the scenes to migrate our entire stack to HyperBEAM mainnet. We will have something cool for you to play with in a few weeks. Keep an eye on @MemeticBlock's feed for an upcoming release that's very relevant to the future of Wuzzy Search.
Here's a pretty cool permaweb optimization trick:
Since HyperBEAM sends transaction tags as HTTP headers, you can optimize your assets so the user's browser only has to download them once, taking advantage of the immutable data nature of Arweave.
For example, I've published a copy of @permaweb/[email protected] to arweave at g2XHqQZLuyssd0_DRMB-cx1BC-TUPTHI1n8nwfFKHM0 with the tag Cache-Control set to "public, max-age=31536000, immutable" which means further requests will be cached by the browser indefinitely (or up to 1 year in some cases, hence max-age).
This means your permaweb dapp UI loads that much faster.
Ahead of the formal release of our Android VPN app to the Google Play store, we want to give our community an early chance to check it out!
The VPN app .apk and source code are available to try right now from our GitHub:

Just released the docker setup I use for HyperBEAM development: https://t.co/LCI29s30vx
If you're looking to run a local HyperBEAM node for dev (with release profile) this is the setup I use to be able to rapidly test & integrate my code for @AnyoneFDN and @WuzzySearch
As people realize the privacy risks of traditional AI models, private solutions like @AskVenice are seeing rapid adoption.
But no solution is complete without protecting your IP address, location, and other metadata that can be used to track you and tie your requests back to your home.
The Anyone client can be used to obtain true and complete privacy while using AI models. Run a script, start the client, and proxy your requests through our onion routing network, completely free.
You deserve to use AI with peace of mind. Here’s how:

Permanent storage is only useful if access remains stable.
Running gateways on sovereign infrastructure reduces single points of failure.
Appreciate teams investing in resilient access layers.
