@AmazonUK who can I speak to about an item that was delayed (sitting at final delivery station)? I spoke to someone who said it would be sent & now my app says delivery unavailable with no reason why. If the parcel is @ final delivery station I can't see why you can't deliver it?

@googlemaps how long does it take to get an edit approved I've made it a few times as the pin is wrong on my home address and it takes people to the wrong place. I would like to get this sorted ASAP so this stops happening!

@AmazonUK how do I get a refund for a parcel that wasn't delivered to me, I was at the door waiting and noone came, it says it was put in my letterbox. It was not. I have also asked my neighbours & they don't have it. There is no option to replace / refund in app.
