@Justjill41@nckhui Sweetheart. My tax dollars have to go to schools that teach that Jesus and the dinosaurs walked the earth together. Yours can buy a book with a trans kid in it.
@nckhui Tomorrow starts the beginning of National School Library Month. What better way to celebrate than to get the middle finger from NC Republicans and the "family values" crowd. I expect nothing less.
Republicans in NC are a-h-o-l-e-s. Just one d-move after another. Sore losers. But I guess voters like it when they don't have any say on anything because they keep electing these fools. When they wake up and want to change it, it'll be too late. #ncpol https://t.co/UCqpaV0Kr9
@tbonier Love how we are operating on the assumption that all Ds are voting for Harris & all Rs are voting for Trump. I'm in NC and I can tell you that no Ds are voting for Trump and plenty of Rs are voting for Harris. And 2/3 to 3/4 of NPAs are going to break for Harris. It's not close.
@BrigJeffs@ElieNYC This is such a stupid and lazy argument. One person, one vote means that each *person's* vote counts the same. States don't matter. As it stands, Wyoming and South Dakota have more influence on the election than Florida or Texas.
@polkncgop You don't speak for North Carolina. I value not being told what to value. Maybe you should too. (*whispers* that's that "freedom" thing you claim to be in favor of).
@ACarolinaGuy@umichvoter And people under 30 don’t answer their phones for unknown numbers. GOP is cooked and we will finally be out from under the thumb of the (a)moral minority. Possibly forever. 🙏🏻
Awful people who want to control your life in the name of "freedom" 👇
@TamiFitzgerald@Becky4Wake
Every @NCGOP member of the #NCGA.

In North Carolina, amid urgent needs in child care, housing, and education, the Republican Supermajority in our #NCGA has chosen to prioritize a ban on public mask-wearing, impacting everyone from cancer patients to those with allergies and the immunocompromised. 🤦🏽♂️

@WardForNC @nckhui Based on what? You make stuff up based on whatever you feel like and pass it off as a fact. You speak for you. You don’t get to make decisions for all parents. That’s not very “parents rights”-y of you. Or did you just mean some parents’ rights?
@Berrylianas@nckhui “ But after taking office and examining hundreds of pages of curriculum, … The pervasive indoctrination she had railed against simply did not exist. Children were not being sexualized, and she could find no examples of critical race theory…” https://t.co/2Pciv2ziKf
