@kulula as i was looking forward to fly with Kulula for the first time but i experienced the worse service ever, my flight from Atlanta to Johannesburg was cancelled on the Sep 2, and I tried everything to change my flight with Kulula to be on the Sep 4,

@kulula i called their customer service number so many times no one to pick up on the other side, tried changing online system won’t allow me to make changes. How do customers get hold of you guys if the need help. Flight MN607, Sep 2, 5:20 pm- Confirmation FOBIAT. Proof calls

@Delta who has 2hours to be on the phone while you on a vacation. What a disappointment I don’t even wish for my worse enemy.

@Delta while on my vacation trying to forget about bad experience i had with @Delta, received an email, my flight going back has been canceled, and i have to call the to rebook another flight, and to even get representative online you have to wait 2hours, seriously who have 2hour

@Delta I wish i had listen to my friends and stick with my original airlines never disappoints me. I so wish someone can contact me about this matter or ill never recommend @Delta to any of my family and friends same as my friends did to me.

@Delta made me loose my last flight in Johannesburg going to Durban, and i had to pay more since my next flight was on the next morning, had to call car rental in Durban change to next morning. Also had to pay $94.78 for a hotel all this was not on my budget. @Delta i am so sad.

@Delta What a disappointing travel with Delta, due to my friends warned me to not use @Delta but i wanted to give them a benefit of a doubt. Only to find that was a worse decision i ever made. My flight from Atlanta-Johannesburg on the Sep 3, 7:05pm was a n hour delayed.
