False cases #Alimony_gopal
A controversy that refuses to fade.
Years after exiting Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hain!, Shilpa Shinde has admitted that the sexual harassment case she filed against the show's producer was false. The revelation has triggered fresh outrage, with a men's rights NGO demanding legal action and arrest, reigniting debate over accountability, false allegations and justice.
As social media erupts, questions are being raised about the impact of false complaints, the rights of the accused, and whether legal consequences should follow such admissions.

🚨 Powerful dialogue from the movie Section 375 👏
“Court mein guilty saabit hone se pehle ladki ki identity toh chhupayi jaati hai,
par ladke ka naam, photo har news channel aur social media par dikhaaya jaata hai.”
Double standard Media.
If you are a husband, you are a potential victim of all women centric laws.
If your wife shows any red flag during your marriage, please don't adjust or suffer. Take your belongings and leave that house.
Prioritize your life, don't suffer..!!
Someone asked in my comments — What about Apex court?
Here is the reality of Nepotism in Supreme Court of India?
👇
Out of ~33 sitting judges, around 60% come from legal/judicial families:
• 30% directly related to former judges
• 30% have lawyer parents/grandfathers
Examples:
1. Justice B.V. Nagarathna – Daughter of former CJI E.S. Venkataramiah. Clear judicial dynasty.
2. Justice Manoj Misra – Third-generation lawyer. Grandfather & father (Pratap Narain Misra) were prominent Allahabad HC advocates. Brother, wife’s side & two sons are also advocates. Full family ecosystem.
3. Justice Vikram Nath – Fourth-generation lawyer. Long family tradition in the legal profession.
4. Retd CJI DY Chandrachud – Son of former CJI Y.V. Chandrachud (longest-serving CJI). Father-son CJI legacy.
While CJI Justice Surya Kant is a first-generation lawyer (father was a teacher) – a refreshing exception.
Most others (e.g., Justice J.K. Maheshwari, Justice J.B. Pardiwala, Justice Dipankar Datta, Justice Pankaj Mithal, Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah, etc.) have limited public information on strong family judicial ties. Some may have lawyer fathers or distant relatives, but not prominently documented as dynastic.
Is this “merit + networks” or systemic nepotism that blocks first-generation talent?
The “All in the Family” trend in Indian judiciary needs serious debate on transparency & diversity.
What do you think?
Should judiciary have stricter rules against relatives?
