@AirbnbHelp When your host verbally threatens to ruin you, then you pay medical costs to recover the damages to the health of the booking. Then the host claims damages against you that they can't prove you did but Airbnb enforces the harassment on behalf of the Host. #NeverAgain

@AirbnbHelp When you contact support and provide evidence to a violation of their policies and then they link an article that further proves violation of policies but then says there's been no violation to policies. And the articles states to report the violation to contact them.

I mentioned it to a member of staff having been shaken up about it and received no apology, only a dismissive acknowledgement. Overall a very unpleasant experience leaving me with flashbacks, dysregulating fight or flight and zero appetite for the meal I ordered.

@wagamama_uk I had a fright today at your CribbsCausway Bristol Branch, the accessible toilet couldn't lock and there was no sign of warning of it. Multiple strangers opened the door to me using the toilet. With my mental trauma, I was vulnerable without safety.

@Dominos_UK This puts me off ordering from you again. The store told me deliveries are the priorities over collection orders. Other customers have demanded refunds, others have been waiting 120mins and have given up and gone home.

@Dominos_UK 90 mins after ordering and my order is still in the "Preparing" stage. When the system accepts more than the capacity and fails to deliver for the money spent.

@DefenceHQ My job application defaulted to unsuccessful because you didn't make the reason adjustments to the numerical reasoning before the deadline. I couldn't continue my application without your sign off, ironic for a disability confident employer to prevent me from applying.

Legit, This was the sight of the store as I arrived to collect my drinks, 2 hours before the app advertises their closing time. I'm yet to receive my drinks or a refund for the order. It was really disappointing, not gonna use Costa in the future over this.

@CostaCoffee Just ordered and paid for 2 drinks from my nearby Costa Coffee on the app to collect, I arrive at the store and it's closed. Online it's times close at 8pm but now I'm out of pocket and have no drinks... With no-one to contact for immediate support.

@bookingcom Last time I booked through your app, the accomodation provider misrepresented their property and scammed me out of my money and provided the worst stay imaginable. And your customer service didn't do anything to support me but they supported the scammers.

@bookingcom Trying to book a hotel stay but your app keeps hiking up the price when I try to confirm the booking. I just want to book the room at the price it advertises, not the price you change it to in booking. Why is your app falsely advertising the price of the room?

@bookingcom Good to know you care so little about your loyal customers. Won't be booking through you ever again because of your poor customer service.
