@WasteManagement At ~6pm ETA was 0458 to 0758. At ~8pm ETA was 0604pm to 0904pm. At ~9pm the system was changed to show. “Picked up”. It wasn’t picked up.

@WasteManagement Your people are giving me the runaround. On top of that they are making changes to my account dashboard. Including, changing ETA pickup times after 7pm and deleting my service history. Your support website link is not helpful and neither are the WM staff here in Colorado Springs.
